Our Hereford & Worcester Neighbourhood’s team manage around 4,000 customer homes within Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.
Role: Neighbourhood Officer
Salary: £36,149 + 4% Pay Award From 1st April
Position: Permanent Full time Position, 37 hours per week
Location: Hereford & Worcester / Hybrid working

As Neighbourhood Officer, you will be responsible for the tenancy management of a patch within a geographical area.
The team is very friendly and welcoming and works well together. The team support each other with workloads and arrange joint visits on request. The team are very supportive with new members of staff and will often arrange on the job training, shadowing of colleagues and patch visits.
