Position: Retirement Living Officer
Salary: £36,149
Location: Coventry, CV1 5PG
Basis: Permanent, Monday - Friday, 37 Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Retirement Living Team Leader, you will be directly responsible for the delivery of an enhanced housing management and support service in Retirement Living schemes, that proactively seeks to sustain the tenancies and wellbeing of retirement living customers, including:

You will report directly to the Retirement Living Team Leader and take on the responsibility for delivering an enhanced housing management and support service across Retirement Living schemes in Coventry. Your role will focus on proactively ensuring the sustainability of tenancies and promoting the wellbeing of retirement living customers.
