We’re now looking for dedicated individuals to join our Estate Services Team and help us maintain the quality and safety of our communal spaces.

Location: Coventry 

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days (Monday to Sunday)

Driving Requirement: A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive a small manual company vehicle is essential

Salary: £24,897 + amazing benefits!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean communal areas in blocks of flats to a high standard
• Remove litter and small-scale graffiti
• Safely handle biohazard removal
• Conduct emergency light and alarm checks
• Support the overall cleanliness and safety of our estates

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous cleaning experience (ideally in communal or public spaces)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in varied and sometimes challenging environments
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work
• Willingness to complete basic paperwork and compliance checks (training provided)
