Location: Coventry and Birmingham

Type: Full Time Permanent  

Hours:  37 hours over a 7-day week, working any 5 from 7 days (Monday to Sunday)

To be able to drive and willing to drive a small company vehicle is essential 

Key Responsibilities:

  • All Cleaning duties to communal areas in blocks of flats
  • Litter and small-scale graffiti removal using hand wipes
  • Biohazard removal
  • Emergency light checks
  • Alarm Checks

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience in cleaning
  • All Cleaning duties to communal areas in blocks of flats
  • Litter and small-scale graffiti removal using hand wipes
  • Able to clean to a required standard set by management
  • To be able to work and meet varying deadlines
  • To be able to work effectively alone or as part of a team
  • To be able to work in unpleasant conditions
  • To be able to complete basic paperwork related to daily work
  • To be able to complete compliance checks after adequate training
